What happens when my balance runs out?

Further AI work needs an available balance. Review the work already saved, then add a Top Up or choose a plan to continue. An interrupted task can still need completion or verification before it is ready to use.

How do the credit allocations differ?

Monthly account credits reset on the first day of the month in UTC and do not accumulate. Subscription credits follow the subscription cycle. A Top Up adds purchased credits; review its expiry and conditions before buying.

Can I choose another model or change plans?

An account without a paid subscription or a completed Top Up uses GLM 5.3 Flash. A paid plan or a completed Top Up gives access to the enabled model catalog. Manage plan changes in billing settings and review the price and effective date before confirming.
