MaShop is provided under the trade name EDEVERSE. Contact the service at contact@edeverse.com.
2. The MaShop service
MaShop lets users build and modify websites and applications with AI, review projects in a preview, and delegate tasks to agents that use connected tools. The Terms of Service govern access, purchases, credits, responsibilities and connected providers. The AI Charter explains the rules for using those capabilities.
This notice covers MaShop's sites and workspace operated by Edeverse. An application built or published by a user may have its own publisher, providers and legal notices.
3. Hosting and technical providers
MaShop's sites and application endpoints are hosted by Netlify, Inc., 101 2nd Street, San Francisco, CA 94105, United States. Hosting-provider contact: support@netlify.com. These details are stated in Netlify's official terms.
The service also uses Fly.io environments to run projects and previews, and Supabase for authentication, databases and storage. The hosting a user chooses for their own published project may be different.
The Privacy Policy explains the categories of information processed and the relevant recipients, including model, payment and connected-service providers.
4. Content and intellectual property
Rights in MaShop's own materials remain with their holders. Access to them does not grant a general right to reproduce the service, its branding, interfaces or content. Rights granted by the Terms of Service and applicable open-source licences remain unaffected.
Users retain rights in the content they supply as described in the Terms of Service. Generated output, components, images, fonts and other third-party material can be subject to separate rights and licences. Finding something on the Internet does not establish a right to reuse it.
5. Personal information and cookies
The Privacy Policy explains processing purposes, recipients, retention principles and how to exercise your rights. The Cookie Policy explains necessary storage and choices about optional audience measurement. You can change your choice through the cookie controls offered on the relevant site.

6. Contact and reports
For a question about MaShop, a complaint or a report about content, email contact@edeverse.com. Identify the relevant page, project or execution, describe the issue and provide a way to contact you. Reports are considered according to their substance and applicable requirements.
7. WhatsApp connection
MaShop is an independent service, not affiliated with or endorsed by WhatsApp LLC or Meta Platforms, Inc. WhatsApp and its logos belong to their respective owners.
The current connection uses a linked-device session through the unofficial Baileys library. It is not the official WhatsApp Business Platform Cloud API. Linking an account to MaShop does not mean that WhatsApp or Meta has authorised this integration.
This method may conflict with WhatsApp's terms and may stop working following changes to its services. WhatsApp may restrict or suspend an account using an unauthorised integration. MaShop does not guarantee uninterrupted access or protection from account restrictions. Review WhatsApp's applicable terms before connecting an account.
Connect only an account you are authorised to use, respect your contacts' rights and do not send unsolicited bulk messages. You can disconnect it in MaShop or remove the linked device in WhatsApp. The Privacy Policy explains how session and message information is processed. This notice does not exclude rights or responsibilities that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
